Currently, experiments on animal have been argued as for and against in the world. People have adapted new outcomes on animal not to suffer any failures throughout various sections of the world. However, the way of the experiment was unethical and abused. Organisations of anti-animal testing like Animal Aid or BUAV claim that the experiment should be stopped. As people have accomplished many benefits from animal testing, argument of animal testing has not been finished easily. There have been uncountable negative and positive outcomes that can be covered in a blog. Despite this, four main arguments of the anti-animal testing will be explored.
In the first half of the blog, there will be reasons why animal testing should be stopped in three different points of view: Denial, Abuse, and Unreliability. The final argument will suggest some alternatives that they can be used to solve problems faced without resulting experiment on animal.

Shock! Denied animal rights
Animal rights have been denied by human as a name for improvement in the world. To be sure, it is undeniable that animal testing also has affected throughout human society in positive way. Especially, there is drastic improvement in chemicals and drug. By testing on animal, people could avoid any harmful things.
However, the improvement has resulted cruel experiment on animal. According to Maggie (2008), an article claims that top 10 unethical experiments were done by scientists till these days and among them, three unethical experiments were related to animal laboratory.
Even worse, testing on animal is done for reason to estimate uncertain things like chemicals in cosmetic industry.
For example, the most of personal stuffs are released to stores after undergoing tests on animal for satisfying safety. As shown in an article (2004), it claims how people can be arrogant to get benefits. In contrast to brutal laboratory on animal welfare, consumers have been indifferent to personal products what they are using.
Should we believe experiment on animal??

On the other hand, in same article (2001), Sarah from BUAV argues “for every 20 possible drugs regarded as ‘safe’ using animal studies, only one will pass clinical trials. That is success rate of 5%.” There are a few successes in laboratory on animals. Furthermore, as there are different systems between human and animals, there will be negative effects to human despite good results from tests on animals. The Young People`s Trust for the Environment (YPTE) explained that unreliability of animal experiments can affect disastrously people. It illustrated the unreliability with an example of fialuridine. The fialuridine is a drug which it was no problem with animal testing. It caused serious liver diseases and it also killed five people among fifteen volunteers. Other two`s liver was transplanted because of the drug.

Scientists just make a fool of animals!!!
Scientists have abused experiments on animal by researching data which was already studied before. The Medical Research Modernization Committee (MMRC) maintains that they get different results through different animals by being based on same theory. Consequently, they can produce regular data annually and appeal people to invest the research on animal for future.
Yet, the data is not useful and reliable to people. Stephanie (2008) claims that American scientists have used more than 25 million vertebrate animals as materials for experiments. In addition, animals which have survived from the experiment are all killed. If invertebrate animals are considered, the amount of animals tested is up to 100 million. Animals are killed in the name of testing safeties for human and these experiments abused also ruins ecology.

What can we do instead of testing on animals??

From a report of Group for Education of Animal Related Issues (GEARI), they introduce some alternatives which are used on animals currently. Like computer modeling can be illustrated as follows. Because of technology advanced, scientists can get data not to test on animal. There are many animal testing alternatives and much legislation is being made each country currently.
To conclude

The argument of animal testing is not ordinary political dispute. People are standing on important problem. Arrogance of human is destroying animal welfare. Human is not only specie who has been living in the world but also animals have been lived on the planet.
Many people who do not support experiment on animal are campaigning through various media. One of them, Carl (2007) claims critically five reasons why people should stop animal testing.
